Gustavo Rojas Ayala is the founder and director of Aquí Se Aprende Liderazgo, an international company helping businesses, civil society organizations, and educational institutions develop strong leadership management systems.
With a Master of Education from Harvard University and over a decade of leadership experience across Latin America, he brings both rigorous academic training and hands-on expertise to his work as an executive coach and facilitator.
